All prices shown include VAT (if applicable) and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated. The store reserves the full right to modify prices, offers, or sales descriptions at any time without prior notice. Upon completing a purchase, the customer is obligated to provide correct and accurate delivery information.

Shipping and Delivery:

a. Orders are processed within 24 to 40 hours from the date of payment confirmation.

b. Delivery within the UAE is usually within 1 to 3 business days.

c. In the event of a delay due to shipping companies or other factors, the store is not responsible outside of its scope.

Upon receipt of the order by the shipping company, the product is considered successfully delivered, and no objections will be accepted thereafter.

Payment:

1. We offer multiple payment methods, including cash on delivery, bank transfer, or electronic payment. If payment is made electronically and the order is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation. The customer is responsible for verifying the order details before confirming the purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy:

1. No returns or exchanges are permitted for any reason after receipt.

2. All sales are final, subject to the safety of health and beauty products.

If a damaged or non-conforming product is received, the customer must contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, attaching clear photos to prove the condition.

The store reserves the right to review the case and make the appropriate decision based solely on internal assessment, without obligation to refund or replace the product.
